HAMPSHIRE Police will offer advice and answer questions on how to spot a scam at the Community Forum in Bordon tomorrow.

The East Hampshire Whitehill and Bordon Community Forum will take place at 6.30pm at the Future Skills Centre on Eastern Road at the former Louisburg Barracks site.

Residents can find out how to spot a scam and what to do if they are approached suspiciously.

District councillor for Lindford Yvonne Parker-Smith, chairman of the Whitehill and Bordon Community Forum, said: “Fraud is an increasingly common form of crime and everyone, especially elderly or vulnerable people, would do well to follow the police advice on how to protect yourself.”
