WAVERLEY councillors' bid to spare Farnham from the construction traffic involved in the East Street redevelopment hangs in the balance, with the developer arguing against installing a temporary bridge across the River Wey from the A31.
An exhibition staged by Crest Nicholson on Saturday, at the 40 Degreez youth centre, spelled out dire environmental consequences for Borelli Walk should the bridge be required.
