AN evening of Currie not only provided guests of Action Research with an evening of charismatic entertainment, but it also raised hundreds of pounds for charity.
The dinner was held at the Lythe Hill Hotel in Haslemere and the local branch let its hair down for the event and invited well-known author, broadcaster and former MP Edwina Currie to be guest speaker.
