Four men will be attempting the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for a special needs school playground.

Kevin Sims and Mark, Harry and Russel Wheeler will be climbing the peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon to help raise funds for a new playground at The Ridgeway School in Farnham.

Kevin’s son Cameron is a student at the school and has cerebal palsy and believes the new playground will greatly benefit the children.

The group aim to do the challenge on Friday, May 17 and will try to climb the peaks in 24 hours with a fundraising target of £5,000.

However, Kevin and the team are still looking for donations and potential sponsors to raise the full amount.

Any company sponsors will be printed on the shirts the men wear for the challenge.
