CHARWELL House Business Centre has 'the worst car parking bay in the United Kingdom' – and that's official!

A search to find the worst was run by insurance company Aviva, and motorists nominated spaces which flooded at high tide, were impossible to manoeuvre into, or were boxed in by pillars that imprisoned the occupants.
