A MOTORCYCLIST who died on a country road near Petersfield took a cocktail of drugs shortly before his death, an inquest heard this week.

Doctors believe the cannabis in Philip Adnitt's system may have caused the biker to misjudge a bend on the A272 near Langrish.

Crash investigators also found that Mr Adnitt's tyres were slightly under-inflated and discovered traces of a cocaine breakdown product in his blood.

Mr Adnitt, from Bracknell, Berkshire, suffered fatal injuries on October 9, 2010, after leaving the road on a bend near Bordean Lane and colliding with a road sign.
