A CHARITY worker from Sheet has been treated for serious burns after being doused with boiling water in a restaurant.
Dianne Wilton, MBE, was dining with friends and dignitaries in the Gulf state of Kuwait on Tuesday when she was attacked by a woman who has not been caught.
Mrs Wilton, whose husband is a former British ambassador to Kuwait, was immediately taken to a hospital for treatment.
Her burns were life-threatening and she was due to return to Britain on Thursday.
