VEHICLES are to be banned from making daytime deliveries to shops and business in The Borough, in an experiment aimed at tackling congestion and air pollution.

The six-month experiment, approved last Friday by Surrey County Council's Waverley Local Committee, will also impose extra loading/unloading restrictions in the narrowest section of Downing Street.
