PLANS to demolish the former Park School and build 51 homes on the site have resurfaced four months after being refused by planners.
Barratt Homes met with widespread and vocal opposition in June when it submitted the plans, which were rejected by Waverley councillors who said 51 was too many and that the new houses would create parking problems.
