DEVELOPERS hoping to build a unit containing 31 flats, a health centre for nine GPs and a restaurant say they will return with scaled-down proposals after their planning application was thrown out by councillors.
CRM Project Managers and TA Fisher and Sons had their planning application for the redevelopment of the East Street cinema site rejected by members of Waverley's western area planning sub-committee last week.
