FARRINGDON flood victims met district planners last week for a frank exchange of views which could give direction in the quest for culpability.
While no one was at the meeting to point the finger of blame for building 16 homes on a known flood plain, the facts seemed to reveal that a pressing need for affordable housing in the village may have over-ridden concerns about future drainage.
