AS developers target Farnham with exhibitions and consultations, in their bid to build ever more homes in the town and beyond, more than 30 homes and a 60-bed care home in Farnham are set to get the green light this week.

Members of Waverley Borough Council, WBC, planning committee have been recommended to grant planning permission for two separate controversial planning applications at their meeting on Wednesday night.
