HASLEMERE mayoress Jacquie Keen and Holy Cross Hospital chief executive Dr Ross White are training for their fundraising challenge to walk over the top of London’s O2 building on Sunday, September 29.

The mayoress is raising money for the Haslewey Community Centre, Haslemere Museum and the Stroke Club, which meets weekly at Holy Cross. And Dr White hopes to cash in for the hospital’s wheelchair accessible treehouse project.

It will be an extra-tough challenge as she has a life-long fear of heights.
