EAST Meon residents and environmental groups have hit out at plans for wind turbines to be erected at the summit of a hill, newly accepted within the boundary of the proposed South Downs National Park.
Residents received a mail out from Manchester-based firm Volkswind which said they planned to build two turbines at a site on the top of Weather Down hill.
