A DEVELOPER'S proposed changes to an already unpopular Waverley Lane flats scheme would give it the appearance of "something in the Docklands" a town councillor has claimed.
Carlo Genziani attended Waverley's western area planning committee to argue against the variations proposed by Millgate Homes to an already permitted block of 15 flats.
