DUMBFEST, Bordon's own unique comedy and music festival, went off without a hitch at the weekend, raising thousands for charity.

Although the exact figure of visitors was hard to judge because co-ordinators only kept records of ticket sales, with under-14s entering for free, organiser Danny Maines estimated that at a peak there were more than 600 people at the festival.

All proceeds go to the Teenage Cancer Trust and this year's festivalgoers helped to raise £5,500.
