ANGRY residents of Hill House Hill, Liphook, are calling for the speed limit to be lowered after their garden walls were demolished for the second time this year.

A dustcart lost control on a bend and collided with an on-coming car. The refuse vehicle then fell on its side and slid along the ground, demolishing walls in the process. The driver and the passenger of the dustcart were taken to the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford, where their injuries were described as serious.
