HOUSEHOLDERS have been urged to be careful about what they put in their rubbish after a combination of chemicals spilt in a dust cart resulted in three council workers needign hospital treatment.
The incident happened at lunchtime on the old A3 near the Black Fox pub in Liphook last Friday.
