THE Winterwatch temporary night shelter for the homeless will be in operation earlier this winter, based for a second year at the empty Redgrave Theatre and Brightwells House in Farnham.
Running from the middle of this month until the end of March, the timing is an improvement on previous winters, when the scheme was still struggling to get going around Christmas.
