DOG walkers in Bordon and Whitehill are barking mad after mounds of earth were piled into a lay-by where dog owners park their cars while walking their dogs.

The lay-by on Liphook Road is officially an access point to Longmoor Ranges for the MoD, and the MoD have admitted putting the earth there to stop people flytipping and dumping stolen cars on the training ranges.
