TOP managers past and present involved in the setting up and running of the controversial Earthworks Sustainability Centre in East Meon will be questioned by EHDC's scrutiny committee later this month.

The committee, which met on Tuesday this week, finalised its list of interviewees and question areas and considered reports and documents which included a confidential 1997 report from Dr Barratt to the board of directors.
