NEW figures released by police in East Hampshire show that crime levels are falling and people should not be fearful of becoming a victim of crime.
Following a survey of 23,000 adults for the British Crime Survey 2000, the main findings show that overall crime has fallen by 10 per cent between 1997 and 1999.
