FARNHAM'S dilapidated East Street is to get a clean up in a new package of work produced by Waverley Council's East Street Regeneration Task Group.

Members of the group decided on 16 suggestions, including replacement of bus shelters and making improvements to street lighting and pavement surfaces, designed to improve the general appearance and atmosphere of the run-down area.
