EASTER arrived at St Andrew’s Infant School on the last day of term, starting with a traditional Easter service in St Andrew’s Church.

Parents and friends were treated to a celebration of the Easter story through dance, song and acting. The children performed beautifully with confidence and energy.

Following this the children enjoyed an Eater egg hunt around the churchyard and worked together to find their eggs.

Just before the children went home an Easter bonnet parade was held in front of parents.

Monique Clark, the headteacher, said: “This has been a wonderful day and the children looked amazing in their bonnets. I am proud to lead such an amazing school.”
