A JOBLESS delivery man is spending his evenings at home with an electronic tag after investigators discovered he was claiming benefits while making a killing on eBay.

William Wright, 43, earned £21,000 selling used car parts but failed to declare his new desk job to Waverley Borough Council's benefits team.
