THE former district council portfolio-holder for Bordon, Ian Dowdle, has said the eco-town project must not become a "plaything for a new leader, or cabinet, to change".
David Parkinson, who replaced former East Hampshire District Council leader Ferris Cowper, appointed Alton councillor Andrew Joy as the portfolio-holder for the town.
