THE eco-town plan for Bordon came under the spotlight at a meeting of Whitehill Town Council this week.
At Monday's meeting, the possibility of what would happen if the Army did not move out and Bordon did not get eco-town status - and the 5,000-plus homes it would bring - was raised.
