THE University for the Creative Arts (UCA) has made a formidable debut in The Guardian University Guide league table, entering straight into the UK top 40.
Ranked 39th overall, UCA has now established itself higher than institutions such as King’s College London, Sheffield and University of the Arts London (UAL). Despite having previously performed well in the individual subject tables, this was the first time UCA had been included in the main Guardian table.
UCA vice-chancellor Professor, Simon Ofield-Kerr, said: “This latest league table demonstrates that UCA is one of the very best places in the UK to get a creative degree.
“It’s incredibly exciting to see all of the hard work and sheer talent of our staff and students recognised by this, among a number of other league tables.”
