KING Edward’s School in Witley has appointed Sharon Condy (pictured) as Elizabeth House’s new housemistress.

She combines her new role with teaching religious studies, philosophy and theory of knowledge, having joined the school from Prior’s Field School in Guildford, last year.

Miss Condy worked in two boarding schools in New Zealand and Belfast before obtaining a degree in theology from Queen’s University, Belfast. She then studied there for a diploma in academic studies and pastoral care.
