EGGAR’S School’s newly-appointed head of food Abby Quinn is the mastermind behind a stunning new cookbook with more than 70 favourite recipes contributed by staff, parents and students, past and present.
Mrs Quinn’s food room has been a hive of activity over the past month as staff and students have made and tested all their culinary creations. It is just one of a range of activities driven by the popular New Zealander.
Available at £10 from the school office, The Great Eggar’s Cookbook is a feast too for the eyes, with each recipe accompanied by attractive photographic illustrations, the work of ICT technician and photographer Lee Ellis.
