End of the line for tax freeze?

A THREE-YEAR freeze on council tax in East Hampshire could be set to come to an end next year as the recession bites.

Councillors agreed to keep the freeze, now in its third year, at a full council meeting last week, but could not guarantee that would continue after the next financial year in 2009/10.
