A free weekly Sunday live music night has been started by local musician Vic Cracknell at The Golden Fleece in Elstead.

On November 16 it will feature jazz vocalist Sarah Jane Eveleigh and her Jazz Quartet from 7pm to 9pm.

Vic said: “It seems there is an appetite for quality, swinging jazz around the area so I am including some in the live music programme, as well as some top acoustic acts.

“New music nights need support to continue, so do pop in and discover the live music talent we have around.”

Vic has also established free live music at The Wheatsheaf in Farnham on Sundays from 3pm to 5pm. Upcoming gigs are Gavin Thomas (November 16), Vic’s Jazz Friends (November 23) and Steve Brookes (November 30).
