WITH Parliamentary Reform hitting the headlines in a big way, Damian Hinds, Conservative parliamentary candidate for East Hampshire, has come up with his own vision for the future.

Alton-based Mr Hinds, who will be defending the seat for the Tories when MP Michael Mates stands down at the next General Election, says that the expenses crisis could provide the trigger for change.
