BLOW away the cobwebs and explore Farnham Park with Waverley’s biggest adventure for families this Valentine’s Day (Tuesday, February 14) from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

With new routes for the first Xplorer of the year, families are invited to take part in the exploration game that has taken Waverley by storm.

Xplorer is a family friendly navigation challenge that is educational and fun and gives children a sense of adventure as they explore the park to find the markers.

More than 200 people took part in October’s free adventure, racing against friends to complete the course and find all the various markers.

The course lasts for approximately 30 minutes and everyone will receive a certificate and sticker for taking part.

Jenny Else, portfolio holder for health, well-being and culture, said: “This is a fantastic, free and safe activity for families to take advantage of this half term. It’s such a great way for families to spend time exploring new skills together and it is an opportunity which shouldn’t be missed.”

This event is part of a whole series of Xplorer events.
