BRAZEN explorers have filmed themselves walking around the abandoned house in Tilford where two women were murdered in 2014.

The video, uploaded to YouTube in December by a channel named Abandoned Explorer, shows a group of men wandering around the grounds of the now-derelict Keepers Cottage Stud, where John Lowe murdered his partner and her daughter four years ago.

One explorer describes the “eerie feeling” as he ventures into the rundown building.

Eighty-two year-old puppy farmer Lowe was found guilty of murdering Christine and Lucy Lee in February 2014 and jailed for life.

An Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) investigation last year concluded that Surrey Police failed to fully consider and properly assess information concerning Lowe before returning his firearms.

The abandoned site is now owned by developers Raw Element Ltd. An application last year to demolish the house and build three new luxury homes received numerous objections and was rejected by Waverley Borough Council.

A revised application for two homes has now been submitted to Waverley.
