THE proposed expansion of Sainsbury's Water Lane branch has been agreed in principle by Waverley planners, provided strict conditions are met.
At a meeting of the Waverley western area planning sub-committee in Farnham, councillors granted permission for the move which would enlarge the store by 1,115 square metres as well as reducing the number of car parking spaces.
