FOOTBALL fans will be able to get their hands on the FA Cup in Petersfield next month. The replica version of the world-famous trophy will be one of the stars on show as Petersfield Town take on the might of Chelsea Old Boys at Love Lane on April 20. It belongs to Portsmouth fan Jake Payne, who hopes his side can win the real thing at Wembley in May. "I didn't think that Portsmouth would get this far but I am really chuffed now and lots of people are wanting to pose for pictures with the cup," said Jake, who picked up the replica version in China. Visitors to Love Lane will have to pay on the day to have their picture taken with the trophy – with some of the proceeds going to Petersfield Town. The appearance of the cup is just part of a number of stalls and other family entertainment which will be available on the day of the game, with gates opening at 11.30am. The game against a Chelsea team packed with former professionals from the Premier League giants, including former England internationals Ray Wilkins, Graeme Le Saux, Dave Beasant and Kerry Dixon, kicks off at 2pm. Tickets, on sale from the Petersfield Herald, Petersfield Post, The Square Brewery and Folly Wine Bar, are priced £7.50 for adults and £3 for children under 16 or OAPs. Disabled supporters requiring wheelchair access on the day should call 08700 414243.
