AN Alton family had a miraculous escape when a tree crashed down a railway embankment on to a layby and landed on their car.
The incident happened as Arthur Cuff and his two grandsons, Gareth and Christopher Bale enjoyed a spot of trainspotting off the A31 at Four Marks.
