SEPTEMBER is the time to celebrate food and drink in Farnham and at this month’s Farmers’ Market the focus will be on fresh, local produce.
Shoppers can support local farmers and food producers at the Farmers’ Market on September 23, from 10am to 1.30pm in the Central car park.
The market features dozens of stalls including fresh organic meat, fish and fruit, as well as eggs and dairy products and prepared goods such as breads, cakes and pies, condiments, preserves, muesli, juices and alcoholic drinks.
There are also non-food items such as flowers, plants and crafts. This month, The Spire Church will be hosting the tea tent, selling refreshments and cakes.
