FARMERS in the Petersfield area have been sitting on the edge of their seats this week, waiting to see how the outbreak of foot and mouth disease will affect their livelihoods.
Concerns grew earlier this week when the Ministry of Agriculture announced it is investigating a suspected case of the disease at a farm near Ropley.
