FARNHAM was mopping up this week after the worst storms for over a decade flooded roads, houses and fields, brought down trees and left many homes without power.

Severe flooding closed the A31 Alton Road, the Weybourne Road at the Six Bells roundabout and Crooksbury Road in Runfold, while the River Wey burst its banks in Tilford, Frensham and Farnham.
