CHILDREN at Whitehill’s Woodlea Primary School put on a charity fashion show with help from Hertfordshire company Kids on the Catwalk.

Karen Heard, chairman of the Friends of Woodlea School, said: “The Kids on the Catwalk team were totally focussed on creating an enjoyable event for the children with the attention being on fun, dance and movement.

“The children had a great time learning their catwalk moves and were proud to perform in front of an audience of their parents, families and friends.

“The company provided age-appropriate clothing for the children to model, with the opportunity of purchasing after the show.

“As well as raising money for the school, the children are able to benefit from an event that helps to raise self-esteem and build confidence, and they get to take home some lasting memories too.”
