ANCORA Female Voice Choir are set to celebrate their 10th anniversary with a charity concert at St Lawrence’s Church, Alton, tonight.

The event, which starts at 7.30pm, will raise funds for HomeStart WeyWater and will also feature a performance by guest musicans the Alton Brass Quintet.

Ancora (pictured) and the quintet have performed regularly at events and concerts to raise money for various charities. They perform a wide range of music taken from classical and popular sources.

Saturday’s concert promises to be a "fun and exciting evening, with much to recognise and enjoy", according to organisers.
