THE countdown to Christmas is well and truly under way in Petersfield after the festive lights were switched on in the town last Friday.

But ushering in the start of Yuletide was only half the story – as these youngsters from Liss Infant School will testify, the infants holding a pyjama party to raise cash for Children in Need as part of a district-wide charity push.
