THE countdown to Christmas in Farnham starts tomorrow with the switch on of the festive lights.

Special guests will include celebrities and cast members from three pantomimes, including Derek Moran, presenter on Channel 5's children's early morning show Milkshake!, and Jeremy Edwards, from Hollyoaks and Holby City.

Layton Williams, from CBBC's School for Stars and BBC Three's Bad Education, will also make an appearance.

The starts at 1pm when Gostrey Meadow is transformed into a bustling hive of festive activity while the lights will be switched on at 4.30pm.
