A FESTIVE time was had by all at the Hale School Christmas fair, as Santa arrived in style in a lorry festooned with lights and his two merry elves.

There was a fantastic turn out with games galore, crafts, a medieval fruit machine, hot turkey and stuffing rolls, and a long line of children queuing to visit Santa in his grotto.

A raffle concluded the evening, prizes such as luxury hampers and tickets to Aladdin were just some of the items won by the lucky winners.
