POPCORN, pizza and pyjamas were in abundance as St Andrew’s School held its latest film night on Friday, February 26.
Every year the excitement builds as St Andrew’s annual movie night approaches, organised by the school’s parent teacher association.
St Andrew’s parent Sam Powell said: “Coming to school in your pyjamas armed with pillows, beanbags and blankets, to watch a film after dark with all of your friends never fails to thrill.
“The school hall becomes the venue for a mass sleepover scene where all the kids camp out on the floor to watch a favourite film.
“Pizza and popcorn being the main event, then the lights go down and the movie goes on. Some doze off, others revel in the excitement, and a few watch the film.
“But most importantly, the kids are all smiles, they love it and will remember it - at least until next year!”
Sam added the identity of this year’s film is a closely-guarded secret as it is directly related to the school’s Farnham Carnival theme and the school “don’t want to give the game away”.
