FILMING of the latest Hollywood blockbuster to take up residence in Bourne Woods, Transformers: The Last Knight, began this week.

A huge set was constructed in the Forestry Commissioned-owned woodland south of Farnham over the weekend, with filming set to take place between Monday and Friday this week.

Twitter user Tim Horne sent The Herald a video of the set being constructed, including a huge medieval mace-type weapon rattling through the woods on a giant zip wire (pictured).

The action film is the fifth in the Transformers franchise and stars Mark Wahlberg and Sir Anthony Hopkins, who was spotted having lunch recently at The Lion and Lamb Cafe.
