BORDON’S Hogmoor Inclosure hosted two very different events on the previous two Saturdays.

On May 26, Bordon firefighters joined other runners for the Hogmoor Inclosure Parkrun, wearing their full uniforms.

They felt that completing the weekly 5km run would be a good way to engage with residents, especially as around 150 to 200 runners turn up to the free Parkrun every Saturday.

On Saturday, May 19, Parkrunners had joined others at the Inclosure for a world-record-breaking attempt for the most people blowing bubbles in one place - while standing on one leg.

The event was in aid of Bladder Cancer Awareness Month.

Organisers said the conditions had been perfect for blowing bubbles and believed the record had been broken.
