A NEW fitness studio is set to open in Farnham.
Breathe Studios is being launched by John and Fia Cann at Cambridge Place, off East Street, on November 13.
It will feature a new approach to exercise and healthy living known as the “three-form lifestyle” and a cafe.
The three-form method is the result of a wealth of knowledge and experience built up by John as a coach, athlete and personal trainer. Combining indoor cycling, functional strength and movement practice under the titles of ‘ride, sculpt and move’, three-form is delivered by expert coaches to small focused groups in conveniently timed classes.
Breathe Studios will also be home to Nourish Natural Kitchen, an on-site cafe providing atural, seasonal fare that focuses on the fundamentals of good nutrition and its part in a healthy lifestyle.
John said: “People are busy but are also more aware than ever of the need for, and benefits of, a complete approach to their health. At Breathe, our aim is not just to encourage people to do the right kind of physical exercise in a balanced programme, but to revolutionise the way they see themselves and their body. We serve up fun, intense and effective 45-minute classes to those wanting a complete and time-efficient approach to their fitness, and ultimately a better body.”
He added that Breathe’s ambition was to “create a supportive community in which we build close relationships with our clients to help them become leaner, stronger, fitter and more confident”.
Fia, responsible for Nourish, is an intuitive chef whose cooking philosophy combines natural, seasonal and nutrient-dense ingredients to create exciting dishes that nourish the body.
She said: “We want to educate our clients to develop good and sustainable eating habits that will have a positive impact on their well-being and recovery post workout, habits which are easy to incorporate into their daily lives.
“Every recipe will be made from scratch in our kitchen. We are completely aware of food allergies and intolerances, hence our menu is free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar.”
